About Us

Fairway Dry Cleaners is a family owned business, now run by the second generation. It has operated from Buckley Street, Essendon for more than twenty years. We now have a second location in Albert Street, Brunswick. Over time, Fairway has become an iconic local business, looking after the dry cleaning needs of individuals, families, groups, and corporate customers.

Our customers come from many surrounding suburbs – Moonee Ponds, Ascot Vale, Maribyrnong, Pascoe Vale, Strathmore, Brunswick,  Brunswick West, Parkville and Coburg. In 2018, we opened a second store at 288 Albert Street, Brunswick. Located just near the corner of Sydney Road, our store is open 6 days a week, with 24-hour access for both drop-off and collection.

We are a member of DIA (Dry Cleaners Industry Australia), our industry association, and take great pride in our service. Our processes are all designed to ensure the best possible results for your garments and household items. Our team of experienced dry cleaners and pressers
have worked together for many years, and we use only the best equipment and machines. The 24-hour unit at Brunswick is the perfect example of our investment in this local business.

We are proud to have built a loyal following amongst our customers, some of whom have been coming to us since the very earliest days of the business. We have a van on the road, moving between our stores and, by arrangement, to private residents and other local businesses.
