The Dry Cleaning Process

The process of dry cleaning is very similar to washing but a solvent is used instead of water. This solvent allows for superior cleaning, especially in the removal of oily and greasy stains.
Before we put garments in the machine, our expert dry cleaners spot and remove any stains, and sort the garments into loads; only then are the garments placed in the machine.
When a load is finished and the garments are dry, our experienced team of pressers ʻfinishʼ each garment. Staff do a final inspection then assemble and complete your order.
All the dry cleaning and washing is done in-house which lets us provide our customers with a quick and efficient service.
At our local Essendon home base, we have two dry cleaning machines that allow us to provide a quick service for most types of garments. At our Brunswick base we process Wash, Dry and Fold (WDF) orders as well as Business Shirt Clean and/or press services on site. We have our van on the road, moving between our Brunswick and Essendon stores to ensure that our customers across all the local suburbs we service can enjoy a quick turnaround from placement of order to collection.

As well, we have two options for easy 24/7 access to our services. In Essendon, you can request a VIP card that allows you to drop off clothes through a secure chute, any time of the day or night. In Brunswick, you can have access to both our drop-off AND collection service. So no matter where you live in the district, from Essendon to Brunswick and surrounding suburbs, you have a superior and convenient dry cleaning service at hand.
Note: All garments by law should have manufacturer care instructions. We will follow those instructions for the best clean possible. Please note that garments without a care label will be cleaned at owner’s risk.
