We are the only dry cleaner in Melbourne with this American imported overnight chute service. It means that you can manage your visits to us to suit your own time demands. When you sign up for this service, we provide you with a reusable garment bag at no charge that you use for quick after-hours drop offs. A code is provided to access the chute. You are also welcome to use the bag for drop offs to us over the counter during open hours. We will send an SMS when your items are ready for collection. Payment can be made when you collect your order or we can charge your credit card through our SMRT system.

24-Hour Drop-off and Pick-Up at Brunswick:
We have installed a state-of-the-art unit in our Brunswick store that allows you to use our service across all hours, every day of the week. You register with us, providing contact information and credit card details (held by the SMRT secure system) and we confirm a login
password. It is as simple as that! We collect your items daily and enter the order into our system. When your order is ready, we send you an SMS and you can access the unit any time to collect your garments. Of course we are delighted to meet our local customers face-to-face but understand that this service may suit your schedule.
